This is about the fifth time I have made this card over the last couple of days - I was determined it just wasn't going to get the better of me, but no matter what I did it still didn't turn out how I imagined it would in my mind.I tried it plain white then I tried with Always Artichoke background and still I didn't like it. So yes it did get the better of me and I have given up this is the final version. I have used the Lovely as a Tree set stamped it in Always Artichoke and sponged around it in Mellow Moss and Creamy Caramel. I masked the main area and applied heat and stick and dazzling diamonds around the outside (at least you can see the glitter in this photo (there is nearly a whole tub on there so you should be able to see it), normally my photos don't show up the glitter - so I suppose I should be thankful for that.

Another Brayer Card
This is another of the Brayer cards I made this month.
This card was brayered with two colours mellow moss and bashful blue (and then sponged with a darker shade (bordering blue) around the edges to give a bit more depth to the card.
I combined two stamps from the Lovely as a Tree stampset and masked the smaller trees to get them side by side.
This was then layered on Night of Navy and Mellow Moss.

Brayer Classes
This month's classes will be doing Brayer Resist in the lovely Taken with Teal colours. The second card will be using a Brayer and two colours which gives that lovely dusky glow to the card. The third card will be using the Reflection technique which I have seen on a number of sites and nearly everyone uses the very popular "Lovely as a tree" stamp set. If you are interested in doing this month's class there are still a few places in the class next Tuesday. My contact details are on the right hand side, along with the class times.
