This weeks challenge at Pals Paper Arts is:
As I already had the Elements of Style set out for the Just Add Ink Challenge I thought I would use it for this challenge as well:
There was a fair bit of cutting out around all the little leaves and flowers it was a bit tricky but I was happy with how it turned out..The silver and black look great together and the flowers are actually darker in real life as I used regal rose ( one day I will have to get some Photography lessons. I used the frame from the Notably Ornate set and cut it out to make a picture frame for the flowers (I know more cutting out) I embossed it with a mixture of silver and black just for something different - but I don't know if I really like how it looks.

Mojo Lost
I have sat down several times this week to make a card but nothing happened my mojo has flown out the window. I thought maybe if I tried the Just Add Ink Challenge it might get me going:
I love this combination of colours and this is what I came up with:
Card: Old Olive, Whisper White, Rich Razzlebery and Crumb Cake
Ink: Versamark and white embossing powder
DSP: Old Olive
Accessories: Punch and ribbon

Distressing Kit
This is my first go at using the Distressing kit the tea stain ink and mahogony ink are great and give a lovely finish to the card.
I had a go at lots of different things in this card, I used the aquapainter to colour some of the flowers. I stamped the image a second time and put some crystal effects on them and then cut them out and stuck them onto the card for a bit of a 3D effect. I popped on a couple of brads and some vanilla ribbon as well. (Haven't left any space to put a greeting oh well it will have to go without)
Stamp: Elements of Style
Card: Soft Suede, Vanilla and Not Quite Navy
Accessories: Crystal Effects, Brads Distressing Kit and Vanilla Ribbon
